FOUNDERS AND MANAGERS

I-TRACING is a private company founded and currently managed by two confirmed entrepreneurs, Laurent Charvériat and Theodore-Michel Vrangos. Prior founding I-TRACING, Laurent and Theodore created and developed from 1996 to mid-2005, Cyber Networks which became a major IT security VAR in France. They introduced for the first time in France, on a value-added reseller basis, vendors like CheckPoint or Alteon.

  • Théodore-Michel Vrangos, cofounder & president, 43, MSc in IT management, UMIST University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UK) in 1990 & engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure de Technologie Electrique (ESIEE Group, Paris). From 1996 to mid-2005, cofounder and CEO of Cyber Networks. From 1990 to 1996, cofounder & managing director DataStaff Ingénierie, telecoms consulting practice (today Dimension Data France).


  • Laurent Charvériat, cofounder, managing director & CTO, 40, postgraduate degree from ENTPE (IT specialisation) in Lyon. From 1996 to mid-2005, cofounder CTO and Managing Director of Cyber Networks. Prior to that Laurent worked as Telecoms & LANs Manager within the French Ministry of Transport & Equipment in Paris. Laurent is an active member of several professional associations delivering regularly conferences on IT traceability.
